The terms that apply when you use Reelaltor.

By creating an account or using Reelaltor ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Reelaltor transforms property photos you upload into cinematic real estate reels. We deliver the finished video in the format you select (vertical or horizontal), with free background music from our curated library.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
Reels cost $25 — everything included. Background music from our curated library is free. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed, your reel is delivered within 24 hours in most cases. You must upload between 9 and 30 photos for a reel order. The final video is delivered digitally through your account.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the rights to use the final reel. By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to use them for this purpose. We use your content solely to create and deliver your order.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Reelaltor and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or resell the Service itself.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including uploading unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or trying to access other users' data.
If your delivered reel isn't right, contact us and we will work to correct it. Reasonable revision requests are handled at no additional charge.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for accurate, high-quality results, we do not guarantee that the output will meet every expectation for every property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelaltor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms are posted on this page and become effective on the date listed.
