How Reelaltor collects, uses, and protects your information.

Reelaltor ("we", "us") provides a service that turns property photos into cinematic real estate reels. This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it when you use our website and service.
Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a secure password. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares (your name and email).
Order data: When you create a reel, we receive the property photos you upload, your selected video format, voiceover preferences, narration text, and the voice you choose.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full card number. Stripe handles all card details on its secure platform.
We use your data to: create and deliver your reel, process your payment through Stripe, communicate with you about your order, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your photos and videos are stored in secure cloud storage (Amazon S3-compatible object storage) and your account data in a secure cloud database (Supabase). Access is protected by authentication. We never store your card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.
We keep your uploaded photos and your finished reel for the time needed to deliver and access your order. Generated videos are automatically removed after a set period to keep storage secure. Account data is kept while your account is active.
We share data only with the service providers required to run our product — Stripe (payments) and our cloud hosting providers. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also delete your account and its data.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to make the site function. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page, and where required, notify you by email.
